The start-up, Neutrality.one, has partnered with Ngena, the Next Generation Enterprise Network Alliance supported by Deutsche Telekom, to support the adoption of SD-WAN solutions across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Szlosarek (pictured), who is CEO of the new company, said: “This is one of the many steps we are taking to develop and deliver world-class connectivity, underpinned with an optimised end-to-end customer experience. We are bringing SD-WAN to new markets and making it simple for enterprises to benefit from new connectivity models.”
Neutrality.one’s main backer is Entegro, an Irish company that is based in Kilkenny that specialises in designing and building networks. In Mayit was awarded a contract to survey and design Ireland’s National Broadband Plan network.
But Neutrality is headquartered at the Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Centre in Silicon Oasis, Dubai.

According to his LinkedIn entry, Szlosarek became CEO of Neutrality in June 2020, several months after he left Singapore-based Epsilon, which he joined in 2003.
Ngena CEO Bart de Graaff, who replaced Alessandro Adriani last year, said: “We live in a world that is dependent on complex global supply chains which are becoming increasingly automated and interconnected. Together, Ngena and Neutrality.one will offer the optimum solution to simplify how the modern digital enterprise connects, enabling next-generation networking services designed for a cloud-native and digital world.”
The company said that Neutrality.one will deploy Ngena’s SD-WAN-as-a-service solution based on Cisco Viptela and Meraki and benefit from full orchestration, analytics and performance management for medium-to-large enterprise customers.
Neutrality.one said that Ngena provides a fully managed SD-WAN service, along with end-to-end operation of the network, and that its solution includes a global backbone matched with a leading SD-WAN overlay providing full encryption of data and a control plane.
Neutrality.one said it has more than 120 points of presence in 56 cities, and SD-WAN reach to more than 200 territories worldwide, along with cloud connectivity and managed security services.
