Telecoms solution provider TEOCO has completed its acquisition of AIRCOM International. [read more]

 

Akamai Technologies has said it will spend approximately $370 million to acquire cybersecurity company Prolexic Technologies. [read more]

 

Hutchison Whampoa’s Austrian subsidiary H3G has won customers at a faster rate after merging with Orange Austria, which it acquired at the start of 2013. [read more]
