Virgin Mobile and CSG Systems enhance partnership in Australia

Virgin Mobile Australia and CSG Systems International have partnered to enable the mobile operator access to its CSG Singleview service.

CSG, which has a partnership with Virgin Mobile Australia spanning 12 years, will utilise its Singleview platform to allow Virgin Mobile customers the ability to view and manage account balances accurately.

It also empowers customers to control credit limits, provides them with usage notifications and allows them to avoid shocks caused by higher-than-expected voice and data usage.

“Virgin Mobile’s enhancement of Singleview is focused on improving their already impressive customer experience,” said Ian Watterson, VP and MD of Asia-Pacific for CSG.

“Virgin Mobile’s customers are now in full control of their spend, allowing them to avoid exceeding their voice and data limits through market-leading anti-bill shock features,” he added.

The service also allows Virgin Mobile to remain in full compliance with Australian Communications and Media Authority standards.
