The KX-NS700 service is aimed at SME businesses that are looking to reduce operational and capital costs.
It will run as a smart PBX system, and the company claims 100 communication sellers and resellers have already joined the platform.
KX-NS700 features built in applications including a call centre solution, mobile solutions and voicemail.
“The KX-NS700 is a cost-effective legacy and IP communication system for companies with up to 250 users in a single site. It can be flexibly configured and expanded, making it the ideal alternative to cloud-based solutions,” said Carlos Osuna, Panasonic European product manager.
Panasonic added that the system has sufficient capacity for legacy and IP ports, and also further fulfils requirements for the voice industry. For IP services, the system includes mobile linking, integrated voicemail and e-mail, instant messaging (chat), and presence information.
