365 Data Centers, has announced the launch of a new channel partner programme that is master agent-centric and aligns it self with the company's transformation from a colocation to a hybrid IT services provider.
While 365 Data Centers carries out network upgrades, new cloud and virtual managed services offerings, its channel partners are benefiting from a range of solutions supported by quality customer service and the company's low latency fiber infrastructure, with data centres located across 10 Tier I and II markets.
"We welcome channel partners who are interested in hybrid, edge data centre and cloud solutions supported by experienced channel managers, co-marketing opportunities and lead strategy," said Tony Franchi, senior vice president, sales and marketing and the leader of the new channel program. "Our expanding product and services portfolio is only topped by our personalised, attentive and skilled customer support. During this very exciting time at 365, we look forward to growing alongside dedicated and motivated channel partners."
365 Data Centers’ current master agents include COLOTRAQ, Global Communications Group, Telarus and Telecom Consulting Group. The company says that colocation and IT cloud software consultants, VARs, MSPs and telecom brokers as well as consultants are especially strategic sub-agents for its channel partner program.
Back in June, 365 appointed Franchi as senior vice president of sales and marketing, replacing Steve Weaver. Franchi was tasked with developing the channel partner programme for the company and overseeing the existing direct and carrier sales teams, and marketing initiatives. His appointment followed a string of major hires over the past three months, which has seen 365 Data Centers appoint Jeff Slapp, vice president, cloud services and support, Robert Allison, director of business development, and James Ashton, director of network engineering, in support of the company's transformation from a colocation to a hybrid IT services provider.
