ITC and Rapid Telecom seal strategic partnership

Integrated Telecom Company (ITC) has officially signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Rapid Telecom, a licensed Bahraini telecommunications and information services company.
ITC’s CEO and President, Eng. Ghassan Itani, said “this agreement with Rapid Telecom will further expand the network reach of ITC by providing ITC with direct and more redundant access to additional operators and countries. ITC is a strategic player in the data market in KSA and the GCC and this partnership with Rapid will strengthen ITC’s offerings for the wholesale and enterprise markets. ITC is looking forward to work with Rapid Telecom on strategic projects in the region”.
Shaikh Hamad bin Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairman of Rapid Telecom said, “This strategic partnership with ITC will broaden horizons for both companies, enabling us to expose each other to major business opportunities in the region. The ITC reach within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its borders is a major advantage to its partners; and the same applies to Rapid with its reach to the GCC and international cable systems in the region and Bahrain. The agreement will empower both companies to pursue major opportunities together and serve their customers and partners in a very cost effective and efficient manner.”
Rapid Telecom and ITC will start a series of joint meetings and workshops aimed at implementing the newly formed strategic approach.
