Procera Networks boosts board amid NV drive

Procera Networks has announced the appointment of Dave Stevens to the company’s board of directors amid the evolution of network virtualisation.

David StevensStevens, a co-founder and former CEO of Palo Alto Networks, has over two decades of technical and leadership experience and said of his appointment: “It’s an exciting time to join Procera’s board. As network virtualisation becomes integral to operator strategies, Procera’s unrivalled technology makes the company uniquely positioned to deliver on these requirements. I’m looking forward to be part of the company’s continued success and growth.”

Stevens is a Silicon Valley veteran and vast experience in growing high-tech companies. Beyond holding his CEO at Palo Alto Networks, he has held senior executive positions at Brocade Communications, Rhapsody Networks, and Nortel.
