 VimpelCom and Hutchison have agreed to combine their mobile operations in Italy in a deal valued at €21.8 billion. [read more

 Orange has signed an agreement with Armenian internet service provider Ucom to sell all its shares in its mobile subsidiary Orange Armenia. [read more
 Spanish operator Masmovil Ibercom is acquiring fibre-optic network assets from fixed-line company Jazztel. [read more
 Slovenia’s privatisation regulator SDH has officially ended the sale process for Telekom Slovenije after sole bidder Cinven pulled out of negotiations. [read more]

 Telus has reported a 5.1% increase in operating revenue to $3.1 billion in Q2 2015, while EBITDA grew 0.7%. [read more
