As a result of the new partnership, Viasat’s presence is greatly increased in the business and enterprise channel, giving Viasat access to over 3,000 Intelisys agents across the US.

As a Viasat master agent, Intelisys will able to offer Viasat’s high-speed satellite internet across its network as an option to their enterprise and business customers. Therefore filling the broadband coverage gaps where business needs guaranteed, reliable, high-speed broadband communications.
In addition, using Viasat satellite internet service will give Intelisys business customers access to a diverse and resilient secondary connection for business continuity and SD-WAN implementations.

Back in July Visast entered into a partnership with Israeli airline El Al to launch an in-flight wifi system that will be offered across the majority of its fleet. El Al will add in-flight connectivity as an option in its mix of Boeing 787 Dreamliners, Boeing 737-900 aircraft and Boeing 737-800 planes. By mid-2020, EL AL expects to have the majority of its fleet connected with the Viasat service.
