DE-CIX launched its third internet exchange, in New York, in November last year, and Anexia has now been announced as DE-CIX’s first triple-location customer.
Anexia is an IT service provider with head offices in Austria and Germany – and over 45 locations worldwide – and is focussed on managed hosting and unique server infrastructure.
“Being connected to DE-CIX in Frankfurt and UAE-IX in Dubai made it an easy decision for us to join DE-CIX New York,” said Alexander Windbichler, CEO and founder of Anexia.
“We are looking forward to being part of what will certainly be a fast growing peering community at DE-CIX New York, and we’ll be there from the very start.”
Earlier this month, DE-CIX announced International Internet Exchange (IIX) and IX Reach as the first resellers of its New York exchange.
