CITIC Networks partners with BDx
Big Data Exchange (BDx) has announced CITIC Networks as one of its connectivity partners at its data centre located in Nanjing, China.
Connectivity services from CITIC Networks will be available to its customers connecting through BDx’s Nanjing data centre.

Diamanti unveils support for Google Cloud Platform
Diamanti has announced support for the Diamanti Ultima data plane on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Diamanti Spektra 3.2, enabling users to unleash the full value of hybrid cloud Kubernetes on GCP.

Keysource begin critical infrastructure replacement
Keysource has initiated a critical infrastructure project for Garmin and will add to its growing portfolio of brands.
The project will see Keysource undertake full turnkey delivery of additional racks and cooling units to support physical rack expansion, as well as modifying existing chilled water pipework to suit additional cooling unit expansion.
Chris West, Head of Global Accounts at Keysource said, “The Garmin data centre consists of a single row of 42U racks supported by In-Row cooling and modular UPS.
“Having recently completed lifecycle upgrades on the UPS system which included provisioning additional power capacity, Keysource will now oversee the replacement of the 42U racks with 48U racks as part of a project to replace the 2006 In-Row cooling units with new lifecycle replacements.”
Unitas Global unveils first Expedia-like Marketplace
Unitas Global unveils its Unitas Nexus Marketplace, an automated connectivity platform dedicated to connecting enterprise edge locations to the cloud.

DigitalOcean aims for nearly $5bn valuation
DigitalOcean Holdings Inc is reportedly aiming for a valuation of around $5 billion in its U.S. initial public offering (IPO).
This is a result of the shift to working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic accelerating the switch to cloud-based computing.
Reuters reported that the company wants to raise as much as $775.5 million through an offering of 16.5 million shares, priced between $44 and $47 apiece.
Informatica’s cloud customer growth
Informatica has announced programme enhancements to drive cloud-first, cloud-native success for its strategic global partner resources.
Coupled with the holistic end-to-end Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform, these enhancements are set to strengthen Informatica’s position as a cloud native company.

Rack Centre has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, QMS certification.

Sims Lifecycle Services collaborates with Microsoft
Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is collaborating with Microsoft to support the company in its development of the Microsoft Datacenter Academy.
SLS services Microsoft data centres around the world by collecting equipment to be refurbished, reused, and recycled, as well as facilitate donations to the program.

InterSystems has announced that its InterSystems IRIS data platform and InterSystems IRIS for Health are now available as fully managed services for Amazon Web Services (AWS).
