Seaborn Networks partners EdgeUno for managed cloud services

Seaborn Networks is expanding its partnership with EdgeUno with the launch of Latin American managed cloud and data centre services.

“We live in a results-first world where a product list is no longer of interest to customers. They need customised solutions, and each customer’s needs in this space are very specific,” said Andy Bax, COO, Seaborn Networks. “Seaborn has built a reputation for delivering creative, customer-centric solutions; and our partnership with EdgeUno integrates our capacity/IP solutions into the bare-metal and cloud computing markets with a level of coverage customers can’t find elsewhere.”

The news comes amid Seaborn’s expansion into the Latin American market. The company recently launched IP and SD-WAN networks on Brazil and in collaboration with EdgeUno, a managed cloud services and data centre company, the two companies have deployed unique virtualised cloud infrastructure technology to provide clients with both physical and virtual infrastructure as a service across the region.

“These are the types of partnerships we dreamed of when we first started,” added Mehmet Akcin CEO, EdgeUno. “Our goal has always been to offer users in Latin America the most seamless internet experience possible, and now, thanks to Seaborn, we have more options than ever to help make that happen.”

Earlier this year, Seaborn Networks confirmed the availability of new IP service offerings comprising of diverse Ethernet services and IP service solutions. The new solutions come as market demand for rapidly deployed and highly stable global Ethernet and IP-based needs between North and South America continues to rise.

Prior to this, the company selected CloudSmartz, a software solutions provider for communications service providers, to deliver its digital transformation strategy and deployment over the coming months.

Together, the two will develop and deploy a fully integrated customer portal solution to automate Seaborn’s front-office processes.
