du to launch global A2P messaging hub with Route Mobile

UAE telco du is launching its global A2P messaging hub as a new service in the GCC region and has awarded the management contract to Route Mobile.

du will benefit from a turnkey solution using Route Mobile’s smart messaging hub, which will allow it to launch a highly scalable revenue-generating messaging platform to enable A2P wholesale transit business.

With AI capabilities Route Mobile’s CPaaS-enabled hubbing solution offers intelligent routing, great analytics, plug-n-play APIs, improved delivery rates and better latency. Route Mobile will additionally oversee the infrastructure, technology, gateway connectivity, as well as day-to-day operations of the platform for du as a managed service.

With Route Hub, du can now handle an increased capacity of SMS terminations making it a scalable solution. Its partnership with Route Mobile will also enable it to leverage Route's firewall solutions, intended to help plug revenue leakages.
