NJFX has announced two new leadership appointments as it looks to reinforce its strategy for large-scale growth.

The New Jersey exchange has named industry veteran John Hayduk as a strategic partner and appointed Cliff Gasior to the role of vice president of engineering and operations.

Former Tata Communications COO Hayduk brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecoms and software space to NJFX. He was previously at Tata Com, where he led the company’s operations and IT capability, driving a strategic transformation of Tata’s network and service infrastructure.

His new role will see him act as a consultant advising NJFX on strategic areas such as network technology, subsea cable lading stations, and potential future expansions.

Gasior is an internal promotion, having joined NJFX over a year ago as director of engineering. Prior to this, he worked as a mechanical systems engineer for CSI Engineers for over four years, and previously held the same job title at DLB Associates.

Gasior in his new role is responsible for implementing infrastructure designs on a holistic level to ensure efficiencies and the ability to scale, NJFX said. He will focus on the life cycle of equipment and systems from a day-to-day standpoint.

“NJFX is proud to have such seasoned and well-respected veterans on its team,” NJFX said.
