Epsilon selects datamena to deploy PoP

datamena has announced that Epsilon will be adding a point of presence (PoP) to its global network connecting Europe, Asia and the US at Capacity Middle East 2016.

The deployment – aimed at bringing its services closer to customers in the Middle East – will enable Epsilon’s customers to directly connect with CloudLX, its newly launched on-demand Ethernet connectivity portal.

“Dubai has emerged as a hub for telecommunications solutions in the Middle East and Asia, and we are using the most robust and reliable infrastructure available to serve our increasing customer base. Partnering with datamena enables us to further extend our cross-border connectivity capabilities to our international clients,” said Clint Collins, regional director, service provider markets – EMEA at Epsilon.

Hany Aly, EVP of enterprise business for du, emphasised the company’s commitment to datamena’s customers in the Middle East.

“Our datamena facility enables customers from around the globe expand their global footprint and we look forward to continuing to push the boundaries of the data potential in the region,” said Aly.
