Bortolotti’s appointment is effective of November 15 2015 and he will be responsible for preparing corporate accounting documents.
Bortolotti replaces Antonio Maconi who has left the company to pursue new professional opportunities, the company said in a statement.
Earlier this year, Retelit appointed Federico Potto as chief executive officer at the company.
