The service has been made available in the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania and Slovakia, bringing it to a total of 20 markets in North America, Asia and Europe.
The service claims to enable enterprises to simplify their telephony infrastructure, rationalise multi-site connections over a single IP network and reduce supplier management costs.
“With Colt VoIP Access businesses benefit from a consistent service experience across all countries where they operate. The ability to consolidate the service delivery physically and remove the need to manage multiple remote suppliers considerably reduces the costs of service and provisioning,” said Richard Oosterom, EVP of voice services at Colt.
