TEOCO’s Netrac solution is designed to detect and manage any faults on the operator’s network, as well as monitor network and service behaviour.
Rostelecom owns and operates Russia’s largest network, and will use TEOCO’s solution to ensure service quality, reduce costs and pre-empt service degradations.

The Russian operator has been planning to spin off its mobile assets and last month, shareholders at the company approved the proposal.
