The new, highly resilient Protected Wavelength Service is available on the company’s three transatlantic routes including its flagship system, Hibernia Express, the recently launched high capacity, low latency cable connecting North America and Europe. Hibernia Networks’ Protected Wavelength Service is initially available at 10Gbps with the capability to add 100Gbps service in the future.

The service offers less than 50ms failover switching to a fully dedicated alternative circuit for uninterrupted network connectivity. Hibernia Networks provides customers with enhanced security through the diversity of its unique subsea cables routes, strategically engineered to mitigate costly network downtime.
