Now that the live event is cancelled, what do I do?

If you are a sponsor, exhibitor or meeting room holder, please speak to your sales representative and they will talk through your options in more detail.

If you have already registered online and paid to attend as a delegate, we are happy to transfer the credit towards another Capacity event. Please contact the Customer Service team on info@capacitymedia.com to confirm this.

If you do not wish to transfer your credit towards another Capacity event, we will refund you. Please contact the Customer Service team on info@capacitymedia.com to confirm this.


What do I need to do about my flight? Are you liable to cover the cost?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for flights. You should pursue this directly with your chosen airline and/or insurance company.


When is the virtual Subsea World 2020 event taking place?

The virtual Subsea World 2020 event is taking place from Wednesday 22 July until Thursday 23 July. The virtual platform will be open from Wednesday 22 July at 2:30am (UK time - BST), until Thursday 23 July at 11:00pm (UK time - BST). Between these times, the platform will open 24 hours to facilitate your meetings.


What is a virtual event?

A virtual event is an online event that involves people interacting in a virtual environment online, rather than meeting in a physical location.


What is the benefit of attending the virtual Subsea World?

A virtual event allows you to keep connected with your partners and explore new relationships in a virtual setting. Registering as a paid delegate gives you full access to the event platform, including all conferences sessions live and on demand, the exhibition hall, networking lounge and of course the online meeting planner.


I am part of a sponsorship – therefore I do not personally purchase my tickets how can I get the full access without paying?

Is there a cut off period – as in registration to close?

No, registration will be open until the close of the event.


How do I register for the virtual event?

How much is an attendee pass?

Attendee passes are £200 per person and give you full access to the platform for the entirety of the event.
