DGTL Innovations, a digital transformation company, confirms the deployment RoboS, an interactive chatbot platform for India’s largest zinc-lead miner.
RoboS was developed for vendors and suppliers as a self-service function. Available on both web and mobile, RoboS will help suppliers get details of their invoices and other basic business functions.
In addition, it leverages Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology to ensure that incremental new features can be deployed on the platform without the need to upgrade mobile applications. RoboS also uses a single design principle on both desktop and mobile to ensure seamless user experience across all devices.
In the case of the account payables process, there are numerous interactions between a supply and a business. Most of these interactions are limited to knowing the status of invoices, status of orders and the inventory cycle. Traditionally, organizations would have to invest in a dedicated team to cater to manage this process and handle business calls.
Using RoboS, the chatbot can query multiple backend environments like SAP, ARIBA, NewGEN, OpenText based on the customer environment and provide the data in real time.
Additionally, the chatbot can be configured to manage the entire P2P cycle and support suppliers with RFP or any other processes. It can be extended to handle procurement processes.
Some of the features of the RoboS chatbot platform include: Status of Invoice, Payment Advice, Bank Ref/UTR details, Mapped email IDs, Reason for Rejection/Exception, Debit Note Download, Non-PO Invoice Status, Ret/SD Release, Advance Payments and More Help.
Details on the unnamed zinc-lead miner, has yet to be confirmed.
