“We are taking Coolwave to another level through strategic hires, network expansion and transformation and deeper customer engagement. Each step is about delivering for our customers and enabling them to seamlessly incorporate voice and messaging into their offering and extend their reach.”
Coolwave collaborates with large organisations in technology, telecoms and software, delivering bespoke end-to-end solutions that are tailored to its customers’ needs.
“The voice market is changing rapidly and there’s an opportunity to support new players and embed voice and messaging into more applications and services,” said Alistair Popham, Business Development Director at Coolwave Communications.
Coolwave is in tune with this new era of voice and messaging and has a really compelling offering for a range of providers.
“I look forward to contributing to the growth of Coolwave and working with the team to deliver for our customers. Coolwave is an exciting and expanding company and it is a great time to be a part of it.”
