Under the terms of the four-year collaboration, the two will undertake the design, surveying and installation of national fibre network infrastructure across the UK. Aberla is on track to complete 500,000 fibre surveys in its first year.

According to Ofcom the existing fibre infrastructure across the UK only accommodates access for 10% of premises. As a result, the telecoms sector is growing exponentially with Investment focused on projects aimed at meeting the government’s target of all homes having access to full fibre by 2025.
