CSG has been selected by Unitel, a Mongolian ICT group, to provide end-to-end solutions in support of its digital transformation and growth plans.

As part of this new collaboration, CSG will deploy Singleview, a real-time charging, billing, customer and revenue management solution to help Unitel boost process agility, enhance customer experience and reduce costs.

“As Unitel works to meet its business transformation objectives in an era of accelerating growth and innovation across Mongolia, we are excited to leverage CSG’s SI expertise, vision and roadmap, as well as their industry-leading BSS technology,” said Enkhbat Dorjpalam, chief executive officer, Unitel.

“This collaboration with CSG will help us accelerate innovation and enhance customer experience across the entire customer journey through a cost-effective, scalable architecture.”

The solution will use CSG’s Interconnect product for managing wholesale, settlement, cost/revenue allocation; Total Service Mediation for real-time usage management and CDR collections; and CSG Activation for provisioning and activation.

Additionally, the new solution will enable Unitel to deliver a wide range of services including prepaid and postpaid mobile, VoIp, IPTV, WTTx broadband access, enterprise services, and DTH and OTT TV.
