Digital Wholesale Solutions, a provider of communications, IT and cloud services, has deployed the Linxa Wholesale Management Platform to simplify the management and optimisation of its International voice solutions.

Already live, the Wholesale Management Platform gives Digital Wholesale Solutions a single solution for managing its wholesale voice business end-to-end. This includes such processes as rating, routing, monitoring and billing voice services. In addition, it also generates routing plans reflecting costs, quality and business agreements. Users monitor and process live data and generate custom reports based on traffic, quality and profitability.
The combination of Linxa’s architecture and high processing power delivers efficient and accurate near real-time reporting that gives management complete awareness and control of their wholesale business. Additionally, there is no limit to call capacity thanks to limitless scalability and distribution functionality.
