Frontier Communications confirms the appointment of Kevin Beebe, Paul Keglevic and Mohsin Meghji to its board of directors.

Together Beebe, Keglevic and Meghji will serve on the board’s finance committee, chaired by Robert Schriesheim. The main responsibilities of the committee are to evaluate Frontier’s capital structure as well as to consider, evaluate and negotiate capital markets, financial transactions or strategic alternatives.

"We are extremely pleased to have Kevin, Paul and Mo join the Board. These seasoned executives add significant telecommunications; finance and operational expertise helping companies manage change and create value for stakeholders,” said Pamela Reeve, chairman, Frontier. “Each brings unique experience to our Board and they are all well-respected in the financial community. We look forward to Frontier benefiting from their contributions going forward. We would also like to thank Mike and Howard for their service to Frontier, and we wish them all the best in the future.”

In addition, the three will also serve on the board’s audit committee and Beebe has an additional post on the board’s compensation committee. The news follows the announcement that Michael McDonnell has resigned from Frontier’s board of directors due to time constraints, while Howard Schrott resigned from the board due to personal circumstances.

Beebe has held a number of senior leadership positions including president and CEO of 2BPartners, a firm that provides strategic, financial and operational advice to private equity firms and companies in the technology and telecom industries, since 2007. Keglevic served a CEO of Energy Future Holdings, a regulated transmission and distribution business, from 2016 to 2018 and Chief Restructuring Officer between 2013 and 2018. Additionally, he also held the position of EVP, CFP and CRO at TXU corporation, as well as a stint at PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2002-2008.

As for Meghji, he founded M-III Partners, a merchant banking and advisory firm focused on turnaround and special situations, in 2014. Since 2018, he has served as chairman of Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives. Between 2012-2014 Meghji held several executive positions at Springleaf Financial Services as well as founding Loughlin Meghji & Company where he served between 2002 and 2011.
