Kosc Telecom appoints Nicolas de Vanssay as CCSO

Kosc Telecom has named former Colt Technology Services executive Nicolas de Vanssay as its new chief customer success officer (CCSO).

The French wholesale-only connectivity as a service provider will task de Vanssay, who joined the company in September, with ensuring high standards of customer service, as well as management of its customer service team.

De Vanssay was previously director of customer service at Colt, a role he held for four years. He joined Colt in the year 2000, holding a variety of positions including operations director for North America, senior manager of service delivery, and service delivery IP configuration manager. He has also held roles at mobile infrastructure firm Sitcom.

For Kosc, which was established in 2016, the appointment is part of it strategy to offer customers a strong experience. It has also invested in upgrading its network infrastructure, developing its CaaS solution as a keystone of its network offering.
