AT&T partners Google Cloud for cloud connectivity

AT&T and Google Cloud are working together to deliver cloud networking for business customers, using Google’s Partner Interconnect solution.

Through the new offering business customers are able to use ATT NetBond for Cloud to connect in a very secure way to Google Cloud Platform.

The partnership also male G suite, Google’s cloud-based productivity suite for business including Gmail, Docs and Drive available through ATT Collaborate, the hosted voice and collaboration business solution.

By using Google Cloud Partner Interconnect through AT&T NetBond for Cloud businesses are able to move their workloads across multiple cloud environments without having it touch the public internet. Partner Interconnect gives companies private connectivity to Google Cloud Partner and allows data centres that are located far away from a Google Cloud region or point of presence to connect at up to 10Gbps.

In addition, because G Suite is available with AT&T Collaborate business have access to a single source for chat, voice, video and desktop sharing. Businesses can also enable carrier-grade voice reliability and security from within the G Suite applications. G Suite can also be used across practically any device from any location.
