Colt names Louisa Gregory as chief of staff

Colt Technology Services has named corporate director for Asia Louisa Gregory as chief of staff for the entire company, reporting directly to CEO Carl Grivner.

Louisa Gregory ColtGregory joined Colt in June 2016 based in its Singapore office, where she was responsible for HR operations in Asia as well as operations in Singapore.

Her new role will see Gregory tasked with ensuring the company delivers in key areas of its growth strategy, which includes investing in an intelligent network suitable for supporting enterprise customers. She will also become part of Colt’s Executive Leadership Team.

Gregory said: “I am excited to continue my journey at Colt. It is a very dynamic company with a razor-sharp focus on executing strategy. One of my key aims will be to focus on building and shaping Colt’s strategy, ensuring we continue to foster our customer first approach globally.”

Gregory’s 22 year career as seen her build extensive experience in customer relations, human resources, and operations in the telecoms industry.

She previously worked as chief of staff at Pacnet, where she served under Grivner who was CEO at the company until it was bought by Telstra in 2015.

Grivner said: “We are delighted to have Louisa as part of the executive leadership team. Her strategic vision, international experience and knowledge in employee engagement will further support Colt’s network expansion and growth strategy globally.”
