Bankai has announced the appointment of Jay Jayasimha, as chief technology officer.
Bankai has announced the appointment of Jay Jayasimha as chief technology officer.
Jayasimha enters the position with over 30 years’ experience in US and international markets. He is an expert in the areas of SDN, NFV, cloud orchestration, IoT, FinTech, next generation networking services, switching, mobile technologies and has multiple patents in his name.
Before joining Bankai, Jayasimha held numerous positions in the telecoms sector including CEO of Cataleya, CIO of Epsilon Global Communications, Singapore. He has had leadership positions in Veraz network (now Dialog Corp) and Qualcomm.
Speaking on his appointment Jayasimha said: “I am really delighted to work with the ambitious team at Bankai. Together we are going to achieve targets and build new revenue streams. We shall continue to innovate, identify new markets and build robust products to dominate the ICT sector globally.”
In his new role, Jayasimha will act as technology leader for the company, mentoring the current executive leadership team at Bankai. He already has a long term vision and strategy for the company and will lead his teams to achieve these goals, while driving revenues and EBITDA.
Commenting on the new addition to the team, Bankim Brahmbhatt, Bankai Group president and CEO, said: "The time to establish an indelible footprint in the emerged market has arrived.
