Interoute, ShoreTel in UC partnership

Interoute and ShoreTel have teamed up to serve international markets with ShoreTel ConnectTM unified communications (UC) solutions deployed on Interoute’s enterprise digital platform with SIP trunking.
“The Interoute Enterprise Digital Platform is a full service unified ICT infrastructure that is designed for the rapid deployment of enterprise solutions. We are pleased to be working with ShoreTel to enable ShoreTel connect and contact centre solutions to support enterprise users across the world,” said Mark Lewis, EVP of products & development at Interoute, which operates one of Europe’s largest network and a global cloud services platform.

The cloud communication services provided by ShoreTel and deployed on Interoute’s cloud are particularly valuable for businesses that operate internationally, such as Worldhotels. After implementing the solution, the hotel group was able to connect all of its staff to the new cloud communications system, which has also enabled a uniform corporate culture.
The combined solution has enabled Worldhotels employees to communicate both internally and externally from any location worldwide and currently connects 135 employees at 36 locations.
