Beeks Financial Cloud has expanded its global network by fully deploying its hosting, colocations, and low-latency connectivity offerings in Equinix’s international business exchange (IBX), HK1, in Hong Kong.
The new HK1 location is Beeks’ eighth data centre worldwide and second in Asia, joining Equinix TY3 in Tokyo. Hong Kong (HK1) to New York (NY4) dedicated fibre is live and immediately available to Beeks clients. Hong Kong (HK1) to London (LD4) will be available in November; Hong Kong (HK1) to Tokyo (TY3) will be available in December.
“We’ve listened to our customers, and we’re thrilled to now be able to offer them reliable connectivity and hosting in Hong Kong,” said Victor Hendrix, global director of sales & marketing at Beeks Financial Cloud. “Our presence in HK1 will be extremely valuable to our customers as we continue to connect the globe and offer new opportunities to source liquidity.”
Earlier this month, Beeks unveiled its new network operations centre (NOC), which provides real-time monitoring of the health of its global financial cloud, at their Glasgow, UK, headquarters.
