One of the communication service providers chose the real-time streaming analytics software vendor’s technology to introduce public safety services, aiming at reinforcing both citizens’ and visitors' security.
Intersec’s location-based services platform enables the operator to offer real-time responsiveness to a subscriber’s location, helping to redirect them to the nearest required facility.
The other operator is “currently implementing its digital transformation through mobile marketing services,” claims Intersec. By adding location intelligence via its platform, “they will be the first in their country to do so, enabling brands to deliver context-based engagement with their customers”.
