 Kiwi telco Spark – formerly Telecom New Zealand – has signed a conditional agreement to acquire cloud services firm Computer Concepts (CCL) for NZ$50 million ($33.3 million). [read more]

 Nokia’s shareholders have approved the company’s €15.6 billion acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent at its extraordinary general meeting. [read more

 Telefonica Deutschland will begin integrating the UMTS and GSM networks of O2 and mobile operator E-Plus in January 2016. [read more
