WaveCrest signs deal with China Mobile International

The international call termination service provider WaveCrest has signed a deal with China Mobile International to send and receive traffic.
The deal will gives WaveCrest access to new traffic streams coming out of China and surrounding countries.
The move will enable its customers with direct termination into China, as well as allow the company to access China Mobile’s large range of partners in the Asia-Pacific region.
“This deal is hugely significant not just for WaveCrest but also for other telecoms businesses in the UK. It marks the start of a rapid growth in partnerships between British and Chinese telecoms providers and we’re very proud to be at the forefront of this next phase in global communications. For our part, the deal helps us support and increase stability and rapidly scale up expansion for our retail customers,” said Chris Adams, CEO at WaveCrest.
