 Telekom Austria’s Bulgarian subsidiary Mobitel has agreed to acquire cable operator blizoo Bulgaria from EQT V. [read more
 Vivendi has sold its remaining 4% stake in Telefonica’s Brazilian unit for $877 million. [read more
 Nokia Networks has sold its mapping business unit HERE to a consortium of premium German carmakers for €2.8 billion. [read more
 Hutchison Whampoa and VimpelCom are reportedly close to finalising a merger of their Italian mobile units. [read more

 Myanmar has formally invited proposals from local public companies to become its fourth mobile operator in partnership with a foreign company. [read more
 KPN has reported its Q2 results for 2015, in which adjusted revenues decreased 3.8% to €1.75 billion compared to the same period last year. [read more
