 The Macedonian Commission for Protection of Competition has approved the merger of Telekom Austria Group’s Macedonian subsidiary Vip Operator, with Telekom Slovenije’s subsidiary ONE. [read more
 Taiwan’s Far EasTone and Morgan Stanley’s private equity unit are reportedly set to buy Taiwanese cable TV operator China Network Systems (CNS) for $2.3 billion. [read more
