  Deutsche Telekom will spend a further €900 million for full ownership of Slovak Telekom. [read more
  Altice is to acquire a majority stake in Suddenlink Communications, in a deal valued at $9.1 billion. [read more
  The European Commission (EC) has approved Orange's €3.4 billion acquisition of Jazztel, subject to several concessions from the French operator. [read more]
  Telecom Italia is planning to sell 40% of its mobile tower unit, Infrastructure Wireless Italiane (Inwit), in an initial public offering. [read more]
