Turk Telekom International and Tawasul Telecom pen partnership in Eurasia

Turk Telekom International (TTI) and Tawasul Telecom announced a partnership agreement at Capacity Eurasia 2014 in Istanbul, Turkey this morning.
The deal will see Kuwait’s Tawasul and TTI interconnect their MPLS networks, extending network coverage for both companies and allowing fast provisioning times for their customers.
Hani Al Shakhs, CEO at Tawasul Telecom, said that Turkey is a key market for the company.
“We are glad to tap into it through a strategic partnership with a leading player in the Turkish market and the surrounding regions,” Al Shakhs said.
“It is at the core of our strategic plan to expand in promising markets which would be an added value to stretch our network outreach and provide our diversified portfolio of services and creative products.”
Both companies have committed to delivering state-of-the-art, reliable and unparalleled services based on MPLS networking, and will work together to develop their enterprise networks across the globe.
