Global Capacity has entered an agreement to acquire the network services business unit of US service solutions provider MegaPath. [read more]

VimpelCom’s Italian subsidiary Wind has invited bidders for the sale and lease-back of its 11,000 mobile masts, in a deal that could be worth €500 million. [read more]

 

Indian operator Bharti Airtel has agreed to sell off 3,500 mobile masts across six African countries to telecoms infrastructure player Eaton Towers. [read more]
