Türk Telekom International joins RTX Partner Program

Türk Telekom International (TTI) has signed up for the RTX Partner Program to support its in-house wholesale activities.

The RTX Partner Program is designed to sustain in-house wholesale activities for and between telcos, enabling carriers to create mutually beneficial capacity exchange agreements in a solid and financially secure environment.

“The scale of the Türk Telekom Group and its operating companies is huge, offering fixed access lines, broadband connections and mobile subscriptions throughout Turkey and abroad,” said Richard Brindley, director of international wholesale voice at TTI.

“Being part of RTX’s Partner Program provides us with a secure online platform to conduct an additional area of in-house voice services to complement our existing international voice business. It creates a safe environment to exchange traffic with quality assurance and financial security for both TTI and its customers.”

The agreement provides TTI with access to thousands of global operators, providing an opportunity for the company to enter new markets and develop relationships not previously available.

RTX upgraded its Partner Program in January 2014, and claims it has become the industry standard for the wholesale market.

“With yet another large operator becoming part of the program using the single VoIP interconnect, the benefits RTX is now capable of bringing to the industry’s very biggest players (around capacity exchange agreements in a financially secure environment) are plain for all to see,” said Andrew Jacobs, sales director at RTX.
