China Comservice and datamena enter partnership

UAE operator datamena has announced a partnership with China Comservice to provide it with a range of integrated support services in the information sector.

The partnership, which was announced during Capacity Middle East, will allow the Chinese provider to expand its service portfolio into the Middle Eastern region.

Through its presence in the datamena data centre, China Comservice will be able to provide infrastructure and management services for customers seeking to deploy its operations in the region.

“We are excited to join datamena,” said Fan Yang, CEO of China Comservice International. “Expanding into the MEA region through datamena will significantly increase our footprint and depth of capabilities, and provide us with an even stronger competitive edge. datamena is gaining rapid prominence internationally and being a part of such a facility as datamena presents us with the possibility to empower companies in the region with our leading solutions. We are very confident about the potential of this new partnership.”

There are now approximately 40 costumers interconnecting through datamena’s neutral platform in the UAE, which is provided in alliance with Equinix.

“Adding such a big player as China Comservice to the datamena ecosystem will provide myriad opportunities to our customers,” said Mahesh Jaishankar, VP of datamena. “China Comservice will improve our customer experience by bringing world-class managed services expertise into datamena. We are very pleased to welcome them on board.”
