Nordic operator TeliaSonera has announced a change to its operating model, in a bid to increase customer focus through a clearer governance structure.
The group said it expects its strategy to be enhanced, including sustainability and compliance, and the model is due to launch in April 2014.
The operating model is intended to improve the company’s country structure across Europe, Eurasia and Sweden. It is designed to improve TeliaSonera’s local operations, to provide better customer experience.
