CSG Systems International partners with Nexmo

CSG Systems International has partnered with cloud solutions company Nexmo, to offer its CSG Assure fraud protection and quality assurance services to the company.

Nexmo, which provides cloud-based applications for OTT providers, will now have access to CSG Assure, which enables a range of global services, including an increased focus on quality of service.

The CSG Assure network covers 420 mobile networks, and the companies said the partnership is designed to help Nexmo verify the worldwide delivery of time and content-critical SMS notifications on behalf of its corporate customer base.

“CSG Assure is like an insurance policy for our existing customers, all of whom require SMS in real time, with appropriate content,” said David Vigar, director of carrier relations at Nexmo. “We have a culture of customer focus and innovation that calls for scalability and flexibility, to match the exploding expectations of our growing customer base.”

Nexmo said it will use the service to proactively send test SMS messages through various routes, which then allows operators and aggregators to assess the results, including delivery time, textual content verification, address verification, character set validation, concatenated message delivery testing and binary content verification.
