And what do carriers bring to the table? First of all, they make it happen with leading-edge technology solutions. IPX, HD voice technology, LTE deployment enable a host of innovative services in society today. m-payment and m-banking services, for example, are responding to real customer needs that were unimaginable 10 years ago. And the best has yet to come. A host of new services are being rapidly developed in the areas of health and education that will bring further progress in society. Services that were unimaginable 10 years ago.

So what’s our challenge for tomorrow? Innovation has shifted from a competitive advantage to a strategic imperative. This means that carriers need to continuously build and adjust their innovation strategy. A strategy that must be geared towards developing markets, improving performance and delivering highest quality service to the customer.
