STEVE LIVINGSTON has been appointed as SVP of carrier development at the wireless network operator iPass. In his new role, Livingston is responsible for sales and marketing for the company’s service provider business. Livingston has over 30 years of experience, having held senior positions with Microsoft, mBlox, Bytemobile, AT&T Wireless, Cellular One and IBM. While at Microsoft, Livingston was GM of Windows Phone strategic partner marketing, looking after relationships with the strategic mobile operators and OEMs. At mBlox, he was chief marketing officer and helped drive the company’s position as a global mobile industry leader.
