The company provides specialist data centre services and solutions for businesses globally. Prior to this appointment, Scott spent 12 years as COO at Bridgehouse Capital (UK family office) and a further two years managing a boutique London based Investment Bank.
During that time, he gained significant private equity experience and participated in multiple sector M&A activities.
Scott has experience in the data centre and submarine telecoms cable spaces. He has held senior positions in several related companies including; Deep Blue Cable as CEO for just under three years, Global Marine Systems as Commercial Director for six years and was also a Board Member for 10 years.
He was also the CEO of PSiNet Europe for two years and spent an additional two years as COO of Sentrum Data Centres. He spent two years as a Sales Director at Global Switch.
He is a non-executive Chairman at Virtual1, StrataNet and Verge Digital. Scott is an Honours Engineering Graduate, and earlier in his career, he served as a Royal Naval Engineering Officer resigning his commission in 1990.
Founded in 2012, Datalec Precision Installations delivers design, supply, installation and commissioning capabilities to the demanding data centre sector.
