According to the company, the acquisition will consolidate Expereo’s leadership in providing managed global internet and network connectivity solutions to its partners and multinational corporate customers.

Globalinternet’s capabilities further support Expereo’s rapid growth following its previous acquisition of connectivity intelligence platform, Comsave.
At the time the company said the deal would advance the launch of its digital platform, expereo.one, for sourcing and managing global Internet, cloud access, and SD-WAN solutions. With target customers to include multinational enterprises and service providers.
