Enxoo and GDX form digital transformation strategic partnership

Enxoo and global telecom consultancy, Global Digital Transformation (GDX), have announced a partnership to help telecom operators in their digital transformation journeys.

Leveraging GDX’s experience in driving digital transformation projects in the communications sector and Enxoo’s industry specific cloud solutions create a robust platform for wholesale and B2B telecom operators.

Specifically, GDX has partnered with Enxoo to offer an industry-specific, digital transformation platform. The platform brings together years of experience, industry expertise and technical skills dedicated to automating crucial business processes.

Enxoo for Communications, is a fully native Salesforce solution, that gives telecoms operators quick and accurate quotations for complex products, added operational visibility and simplified service provisioning.

In addition, it offers automation in the areas of customer management, product management, order management, service assurance and billing. It is built on a CPQ engine and full-suite product catalogue with configurable products, pricing and approval rules.

Last month, Artur Ostrowski, CCO of Enxoo took part in a panel discussing the drivers and barriers of intercarrier automation during ITW 2020.
