Grivner’s is the fifth appointment to the board.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Grivner will continue to hold the position of CEO of Colt Technology Services. Before Colt Grivner served three years in Singapore as CEO of Pacnet, directing the global strategy of one of Asia’s leading end-to-end communications service providers. Previously, Mr. Grivner held leadership positions for numerous companies, including Cable & Wireless plc, Ameritech, and IBM.
In December, Global Cloud Xchange confirmed that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware had approved its plans for reorganisation.
